My son does all the dances. I just bust into the female assassin intro to keep him into it.

Anyways, sometimes I try to do the male monk dance *and fail*, the male necro dance*if you call that a dance*, or the robot. I don't dance well. >.>

*is a guy who doesn't want a chick to do the female ele dance*

Back on topic... I have poor balance issues, so trying a dance on my own would probably result in me getting hurt. >.>

The dances in GW were mostly based on previous ones. Take the warrior disco dance for example. Those dances were already made by people way before this decade, so it shouldn't be that difficult to bust the moves. As for the female ritualist dance, I think it was based off of a belly dancing tradition as the ladies had to be very flexible to even move their bellies. Just find an experienced belly dancer and she can do it like in the game. I'm pretty sure of it.

I suggest googling "rhythmic gymnastics" and you will discover people out there much more flexible than the ritualist toon

Yes, I have been guilty of trying the female monk dance. I do Tae Kwon Do. The dance looks just like our grading patterns, though a lot less functional.
And I'd love to take up belly dancing The only dance I know is salsa.

EDIT: Maybe it is just me but the best belly dancers I know - and I've seen a few (all the ones hired for various male friends' birthdays) were... Large. Not fat, just very, very curvacious. It would be asking a lot to be able to do the end of the rit dance with a body like that. Strength and flexibility are a delicate balance - they don't generally go together as strengthening muscles often shortens them and you need long, suple muscles to be flexible.

I haven't tried any... nor will I ... any of the dances. I'll challenge any Monk or Rit to an ITG match though

I did the male assassin dance for a drama assignment a long time ago, a sad chapter in my life.

I also do the male ele every now and then, when no ones around.

I've actually not attempted to do any of the dances because they aren't that great.

The male ranger's windmill is cool and all but I wish they put incorporate some flares and freezes moves in the dance.
I do popping mostly and some tutting. I want to learn more locking though and I love dancing. I would dance anywhere. I've danced in shops, work, events, parties and clubs. The closest thing ive danced to in GW is the assassin's arm wave and the slide, glide.
